Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

You should get an email confirming receipt, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, you will get a reply explaining what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If the reply does not settle things, answer it and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
